Trainings for the Next Generation

• Each Junior Leader will receive our evidence-based, online course F.O.R.C.E. B.R.A.V.U.R.A. I, II and III that gradually trains the participant to safeguard full understanding, rather than giving the student the normal tedious information all at once. According to science, 18 to 40 year olds prefer online education because they are used to utilizing the computer in their regular life. This Program concentrates on: 1. Future Thinking 2. Organization 3. Rousing 4. Communication 5. Expertise 6. Bravery 7. Reflection 8. Adaptability 9. Value-Adding 10. Unified 11. Resiliency 12. Accountability… and more • F.O.R.C.E. B.R.A.V.U.R.A. I, II and III is in three distinct phases on purpose. The reason for the three layers of trainings is based on scientific theories revealing that layering instructions are best for realizing preferred outcomes. The starting step, Leadership Generalist, gives the student the fundamentals of leadership according to research. It explains the importance of knowing each aspect of leadership in a way that all aptitudes can understand. Leadership Associate is focused on how to use each concept to each individual’s benefit and potential. The final course is Leadership Mastery where the Junior Leader will perfect their Leadership Project Presentation. The student has a chance to not only shine in this collaboration but also grow their comradery amongst others in their position. The participants will all receive 3 Certifications of Completion for successfully finishing the training
